A housing development of 204 new 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom homes at the Flower ‘Five Roads’ site adjacent to Wincobank Woods. Keepmoat Homes is the developer, selected through the council’s developer competition process. The new housing is only part of the plans for the site with Sanctuary Housing Association building an Extra Care Home.
We provide housing management services and manage repairs and improvements to tenants' homes. This means more involvement for tenants and for the first time they are on the body that makes key decisions about housing services in the city.
At the Sheffield Property Shop we aim to make finding a home easier for you.
By giving You the choice we hope that we can provide you with your desired type of property in the area of your choice.
All available properties are advertised as soon as they are available to let. We can advise on ways to make home ownership possible for people on low incomes. We also provide advice on some private rented accommodation.
Sheffield Property Shop is a trading name of Sheffield Homes Limited.
