How to get involved

The Governing Body meets on a number of occassions throughout the year to complete its statutory duties.

Governors work in a series of Committees that usually meet each half term and include:

1. The Full Governors (who meet on four occassions each year)

2. The Strategic Governors (Chairs of each Committee)

3. The Finance, Premises and Health & Safety Committee

4. The Personnel Committee

5. The Teaching and Learning Committee

6. The Every Child Matters Committee

At Hinde House 3-16 School, we welcome teachers, parents and members of the local community to apply to be members of the Governing Body. Please contact the Principal at school if you would like an informal discussion about the role of Governor within HInde House 3-16 School, or would like to talk directly to a current Governor.
