Thursday 22 August 2024 GCSE Results Hinde House 2-16 Academy are proud to share another year of fantastic results with some amazing success stories. The overall Attainment 8 score is even higher than pre-pandemic scores, as well as a huge increase in the number of students achieving a 4 or above and 5 or above in Maths and English. Results in both Maths and English are impressive, with a whopping 13% more students achieving a grade 7+ in English Language compared to pre-pandemic levels. A huge number of our brilliant students have got the grades they need to move on in their chosen pathway. One student achieved seven grade 9s, one grade 8 and one grade 7. Another achieved an impressive six grade 9s, two grade 8s and one grade 6 and will move on to study A Levels. We are incredibly proud of one of our students who joined us at the start of Key Stage 4 from another country who has managed to leave Hinde House 2-16 Academy with one grade 9, two grade 8s, one grade 7, one grade 6 and one grade 5, along with a lifetime of mem

Tuesday 23 January 2024 The Brigantia Ski Trip Experience Once upon a time, in the gritty streets of Sheffield, there was a small but brilliant Multi Academy Trust called the Brigantia Leaning Trust. Post-covid, the Trust were determined to ensure their students received an education that extends beyond the classroom and one that encompassed so very much more than mere exam results. They wanted the world for their students, the ceiling smashed and mountains climbed.
