English Literature

Department/subject info and philosophy:

English Literature is essential to help students understand the world they live in, by providing a snap shot into different fictional worlds, both past and present. We focus on developing understanding of a range of texts from different time periods, genres and forms and the contexts which inspired the writers. We are a passionate team and we aim to promote a love of literature. Within our team we have a dynamic skill set and feel we deliver our lessons with an organic yet inclusive approach.
